What NIL Conferences is
NIL Conferences by NIL Innovations is an NIL education event platform. A school, league, association or our own team sets up an NIL conference with tickets, talks, speakers and sponsors, and attendees register and pay on the event's own page, with no account needed.
On the day, talks stream live with chat, questions and polls; breakouts split people into small rooms; and the door checks people in with live codes that change every thirty seconds. That makes it as much a virtual and hybrid NIL summit platform as an in-person one. Afterward, replays and certificates wait on each attendee's page, and student-athletes who attended are credited on their school's NILift progress.

Minors are protected by rules the platform enforces. Networking is adults only, a breakout with a minor opens only with an adult moderator, and minors show as first name and last initial.
Does attendance count for NILift?
Yes, when the organizer turns it on. Student-athletes who check in at the door, or watch past the conference's threshold while signed in, are credited on their school's NILift progress.
Can I check people in at the door?
Yes. Each in-person attendee has a live door pass; staff scan it with the gate scanner or the conference's Door tab, or find people by name.
What does it cost?
Setting up a conference is free. A commission and card processing apply to paid registrations.
